We’ve answered some of our most frequently asked questions below so you can resolve all your queries without even having to pick up the phone.

Our home care provision starts at a minimum of one hour per visit and can be tailored from that point onwards to suit you and your loved one’s individual needs.

Our carers work between 8:00am - 6:00pm with availability across weekends should you require it.

We work with families across Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Waltham, Humberston and North East Lincolnshire to deliver bespoke home care support that makes a positive difference in you and your loved one’s lives.

At Waltham Home Care, we do our best to match each service user with the right carer for their needs. There will be occasions such as illness or annual leave where your regular carer isn’t available, however in these rare circumstances we will do our utmost to schedule a carer you are still familiar with.

During the pre-care assessment, you and your loved one will meet with a member of our team and work together to build a personalised home care plan that accommodates your wants and wishes.

Care services can typically begin within 48 hours of your initial enquiry. We also accommodate emergency requests whenever possible.
