Our team of caregivers have wide ranging experience in providing high quality care for service users. We are an independent, local service provider with a longstanding care team, this means our staff are skilled at building strong relationships with each service user and getting to know them as individuals. We carefully consider your loved one’s needs when matching them with a member of our home care team, and we do our best to ensure the best possible carer for you and your family
Flexible Service
We aim to provide a flexible service that accommodates the needs of you and your family. Whether you require long term, in depth care for a loved one; or just short term assistance with day-to-day tasks, our team of caregivers are happy to work to your requirements. There are very few restrictions for how and when you can use our home care service. We allow families to amend the days/times our caregivers visit as needed. You can use our service as little or as often as necessary, meaning you can plan our service around your life, not the other way around.
Support At Every Stage
Our team of expert caregivers are there to support you at every stage of the home care journey. We are here for you every step of the way. From the very first phone call, we provide a caring and compassionate service which extends to every member of your family involved in the home care process, not just the service user themselves. Moreover, if your loved one’s care needs develop to the point where they require more intensive, full time care; we can provide a seamless transition to a permanent place at our care home

We are committed to providing quality, personalised care for every service user. This means, as part of our care provision, we sit down with you and your loved one to develop a comprehensive home care plan. We take the time to understand your loved one’s needs and work in tandem with your family to create a home care plan that takes account of these needs.This means you have an active role in planning your loved one’s care and can ensure your voice is heard and listened to throughout the process.
Dignity & Respect
The right to dignity and respect is essential and we aim to preserve your loved one’s dignity at every stage of the home care journey. Our goal is to minimise any feelings of inadequacy that may arise from providing personal care; we’re here to help, not to judge. We also do our best to dispel any feelings of vulnerability by establishing a strong relationship between caregivers and service users. Moreover, we strive to undertake whatever reasonable domestic duties possible to ensure your loved one can maintain their independence and continue to live an enriching and fulfilling life

My husband has dementia and goes into Waltham House for respite. He is very well cared for and seemed to like the staff, they are very professional and caring and he seems to like them. They are all very approachable and nothing seems to be too much trouble, as I am his carer I always feel at ease when he is there so it gives me time to recharge my batteries knowing he is being looked after.
The quality of care my sister has received has been excellent in every way. I have particularly appreciated the way the staff treat service users with dignity, respect and compassionate care.
